About the Project
A digital design concept creating a functional bag inspired by two personal favorites: dumplings and dogs. The silhouette mimics a dumpling's plump shape, while subtle puppy-inspired details add playful charm.
The bag reinterprets Coach's signature monogram as a miniature, tonal pattern in lavender - my favorite color - paired with smooth leather trim for contrast. Detachable chains allow conversion between top-handle and shoulder-carry styles, with the option to repurpose the chain for the removable mini pouch.
Design nods to Coach archives include tab closures referencing the Dinky Shopping Bag and proportions inspired by the Chunky Shoulder Bag. The flattened interpretation of classic bubble C hardware offers a modern touch. Created in CLO 3D for Coach Play's digital customization platform, the design balances brand heritage with Gen Z preferences for versatile, shareable accessories.
