About the Project



Executed a technical footwear study for character pipelines using CLO3D for pattern-based digital shoemaking, Blender for anatomical sculpting and deformation systems, and Substance Painter for hyper-realistic material authoring. This methodology test established a complete workflow for creating performance-ready virtual footwear assets.

Key technical innovations included CLO3D's tension mapping for realistic fabric stretching, Blender's physics-based sole compression simulations, and Substance Painter's smart material systems for authentic wear patterns. The workflow solved critical deformation challenges during character movement while maintaining topological integrity.

All work respects active NDA protections, with final client deliverables and commercial applications remaining confidential. This showcase demonstrates advanced technical skills in virtual footwear creation for animation and real-time applications.
